Episode 64 : Dial W for wrong number?
The mobile comes to life, glows in blue and calls out to me. I answer.
'Hello, is Sridhar there?'
'I am sorry, who?' I ask.
'Sridhar?'
'The number you are trying to reach would be?'
'9884045989'
That isn't my number! At least in these times, you would expect people to press the right keys.
But it is nothing like the time I got a call from a mobile phone in Bangalore asking for an Aslam Bhai in Hyderabad.
