Episode 69 : Wish you!
It is that time of the year when
... there is a faint tapping on the window to wake me. With a warning to not open my eyes till I am supposed to.
... I stumble to my door and open it wide, allowing Papa Hyde to guide me out of my room on the first floor, down the stairs, into the house and then the prayer room. My eyes are shut tight all the time.
... I am told to open my eyes and let my first glance fall on the arranged portraits of gods and goddesses, the bowl of rice, the tray of fruits and flowers and a bowl of coins.
... it is Vishu.
