Episode 127 : The bigger wrong
Which is a bigger wrong?
Telling the truth so that you are free from the guilt of having spoken an untruth or not spoken in favour of what is true, but hurting the listener, a person you care for, in the process.
Or, not telling the truth and feeling guilty every time the topic is mentioned, but the listener is not hurt in the process. However the listener will be more hurt when the truth finally comes out.
'The truth shall set you free.'
I wonder if the first speaker of these words considered this knotty issue.

i think he did, and he still thought truth sets you free - your first option..
on your scenario - what is the truth? assuming she does look fat, it can be 'yes' with a disclaimer that draws attention away from the yes :)..like 'i think its this dress'
