The Edward Hyde Show: 246 : Professing an alternative

"Sometimes I get to feelin’, I was back in the old days - long ago
When we were kids when we were young, things seemed so perfect - you know
The days were endless we were crazy we were young,
The sun was always shinin’ - we just lived for fun
Sometimes it seems like lately - I just don’t know,
The rest of my life’s been just a show."

--Freddie Mercury, These are the days of our lives.

Episode 246 : Professing an alternative

After an hour or so, the girl trepidly entered the hall.

Attired in a kasavu, she twirled a little in front of us.

The others gushed while I gestured a little sandalwood paste on her forehead would complete it.

'By the way, you will have to take your camera out again' my friend said.

My questioning glance got a 'You have to take her photographs like how you took mine...!'

So that she can show them to her prospective in-laws.

The pre-wedding photographer, that's me. A few more portfolios and I should have a backup profession for these recessionary times.

As long as recession does not affect weddings!
