The Edward Hyde Show: 356 : The song

"Sometimes I get to feelin’, I was back in the old days - long ago
When we were kids when we were young, things seemed so perfect - you know
The days were endless we were crazy we were young,
The sun was always shinin’ - we just lived for fun
Sometimes it seems like lately - I just don’t know,
The rest of my life’s been just a show."

--Freddie Mercury, These are the days of our lives.

Episode 356 : The song

'This tune has been playing in my head since morning, and I am not able to recall which song it is from', Anna complained to me as I sat down to have breakfast.

'Which one?'

So she hummed it.

As I heard it, I began saying the words.

"Here comes the hot stepper, murderer
I'm the lyrical gangster, murderer
Excuse me mister officer, murderer
Still love you like that, murderer"

And then I smiled.

Na, na na na na, na na na na.
