Episode 3 : Are you sure?

"Are you sure?"
"Well almost. I am 90% sure."

Make it 90, 95, or 99. You are still unsure.

So how do people arrive at these numbers?

    That's a very good point. But it isn't always all or nothing. I think you arrive at those numbers based on how many times you blink before you answer dinitively. Answer without blinking = 100%, blink thrice before you answer = 98%, etc. etc.
