The Edward Hyde Show: 19 : Confessions of a biker - II

"Sometimes I get to feelin’, I was back in the old days - long ago
When we were kids when we were young, things seemed so perfect - you know
The days were endless we were crazy we were young,
The sun was always shinin’ - we just lived for fun
Sometimes it seems like lately - I just don’t know,
The rest of my life’s been just a show."

--Freddie Mercury, These are the days of our lives.

Episode 19 : Confessions of a biker - II

The street was filled with excited chattering and shouting from kids playing there. A few people were leaning against the walls of their houses, watching the kids play.

In the midst of all this noise, he wheeled his bike out of his house. Within moments, a hush descended on the crowd. All eyes were riveted on him. For most of them, he was a figure never seen, but only heard. Like the gods you hear of in mythological tales, but never see.

The street was silent till he nonchalantly kick-started his bike. A roar replaced the quiet, and he rode away.

That's when I realised.

I really am God.
