The Edward Hyde Show: 22 : Thanks, but no thanks

"Sometimes I get to feelin’, I was back in the old days - long ago
When we were kids when we were young, things seemed so perfect - you know
The days were endless we were crazy we were young,
The sun was always shinin’ - we just lived for fun
Sometimes it seems like lately - I just don’t know,
The rest of my life’s been just a show."

--Freddie Mercury, These are the days of our lives.

Episode 22 : Thanks, but no thanks

When you offer something with perfectly good intentions, accepting rejection becomes a hard pill to swallow. And when you are going through a difficult phase in life, implied ones are just as bad.

Even ones that occur under unavoidable circumstances. Whether said in words or done in deed.

Makes you wonder, what kind of a kick does Life get by making you go through this?
