Episode 209 : Hyde Can Cook- The experiments begin
From Wikipedia,
"Goulash is a (sometimes) spicy dish, originally from Hungary, usually made of beef, onions, red peppers, and paprika powder. Its name comes from Hungarian gulyás (pronounced goo-yash), the word for a cattle stockman or herdsman, and was invented by Jake Burage (1897)."

Experiment 2: "How To Cook Goulash In 20 Simple Steps"
- Peel and cut the boiled potatoes.
- Cut pieces of boiled beef into smaller bits.
- Take one half a capsicum and chop into smaller pieces. If you like you can make various geometric shapes instead of boring rectangular ones.
- Take a pressure cooker and dump one bowl of boiled chickpeas into it.
- Also dump the cut potatoes and beef pieces into the cooker.
- Sprinkle a packet of chili flakes that you get for free from various pizza outlets.
- Add a cup of water or two.
- Cook until first whistle or till your patience runs out.
- In a pan, pour a spoonful of oil and allow it to heat.
- Chop an onion and once the the oil is warm, dump the onion pieces into it.
- Stir fry while you hunt for a packet of oregano seasoning, the source for it being the same pizza outlet.
- Locate cumin powder and chicken masala powder, put a spoonful of each into the pan and continue stirring.
- The pressure cooker should have done cooking by now. Dump the contents of the cooker into the pan and resume stirring.
- Hunt for tomatoes and remember that you are out of tomatoes.
- Replace with tomato puree.
- Resume stirring. Add some more chicken masala powder if desired. If you wish for a unique taste, add chat masala as well.
- Remember to add salt unlike the times when you made macaroni.
- Keep stirring till you get tired.
- Switch off the gas and cover the pan.
- Put some rice on a plate and add curd to it.
- Using a ladle, serve yourself goulash and eat with rice and curd.
So it is 21 steps, hmm.

Err, delicious? Ok, I'll believe you. :-D
The chilli flakes and oregano come from US Pizza. Domino's opened recently and I think today is the right day to check them out.
