Episode 207 : The days I'll remember

These are the days
These are days you’ll remember
Never before and never since, I promise
Will the whole world be warm as this

I woke up on the second of May with one thought in my mind- I complete two years of moving out of Madras and into Bangalore.

I woke up to that thought in Madras. Pleasantly ironic!

It's been a learning experience and, to quote an advertisement, I am loving it.

These are days
These are the days you might fill
With laughter until you break

Only a few weeks earlier, I completed 5 years of putting my thoughts online. The date had slipped my mind till the last week of April when it struck me.

The actual date is around ten days before that, when I first posted on rediffblogs.com. With the same name that I subsequently used on another blogging portal because I lost access to the first blog.

That first post is still there, with my real name on it.

What a journey it has been- from real name to variants of polymorphism, to calling myself a fool, to a fictional character with a double identity.
